Recientemente por desgracia realizamos un funeral en nuestra familia.El fallecido llevaba 40 años pagando religiosamente el Seguro, y cual es la sopresa que en el momento la verdad; nos comunican que se cambiaron las condiciones debido a ser un contrato con clausulas antiguas y ahora entraban en vigor las actuales.

Después de 40 años pagando, ni cubria los gastos de Tanatorio, y el trato fue denigrante.Desde poner simplemente dos centros de flores, como no cumplir horarios de recogida del fallecido (argumentando que nadie les habia informado) , no informarse de los horarios del cementerio ( con lo que se realizo una misa fugaz para llegar al cementerio en horario ;siendo que después de finalizado un empleado del cementerio decia que aún quedaba una hora para que cerraran), y lo más INDECENTE, no esperar a que llegaran los dos hijos de la fallecida para meter el ataud en el nicho.

INDECENTE, TRATO MALISIMO.FALTA DE SERIEDAD.....

Pues si que indignante que falta de profesion de parte de la aseguradora, pero si bie podrian demandar, reclamarar y pasar la voz de que seguro fue el que contrataron.....
